Malibu Bay Breeze
1 1/2 oz Malibu Coconut Rum
2 oz cranberry cocktail
2 oz pineapple juice
garnish with a pineapple wedge
On a recent trip to Mesquite, Nevada I spotted this concoction on a menu at a pool side bar. As I was drinking something else for the afternoon I did not imbibe of this delicious sounding libation but watched the bartender pour it for several people who commented on its “yumminess”. Maybe I will make a few up for the gang….
