It will be over in about 14 hours. I feel somehow relieved and a little sad . My forty days of disciplined eating is coming to an end. NO, I am not going gorge like Henry VIII when midnight rolls around. Instead I might have a shot of tequila and toast my new adventure starting week.

My belt is on its fifth hole now. A foreign location four spots from it s old position. I have learned a lot about myself and have been able to practice culinary curiousities I would never have tried before.
